For online orders, full payment is required before delivery dispatch. For bulk or corporate orders, advance payment or a minimum deposit may be required. Receipts A printed or digital receipt is provided with every transaction. Please retain your receipt for any returns, exchanges, or order inquiries. Refunds & Adjustments Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3 business days through the original payment method. Incorrect charges or billing issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. Pricing Prices are subject to change based on market rates. Farm Fresh – Delivery Policy At Farm Fresh, we are committed to delivering fresh produce to your doorstep with care, speed, and reliability. Please read our delivery policy below: Delivery Areas We currently deliver to select areas in Multan. To check if your location is serviceable, please contact us or use our online delivery checker. Delivery Timings Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2Pm. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next day. Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Refund Policy

At Farm Fresh, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver fresh, high-quality products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Eligible for Refund or Replacement We offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions: You receive spoiled, damaged, or incorrect items You notify us within 24 hours of delivery or purchase You provide proof (photo/video) of the issue via WhatsApp or in-store Non-Refundable Items We do not offer refunds for: Change of mind after delivery Items not stored properly after delivery Complaints made more than 24 hours after receiving the product Refund Process Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days via your original payment method (cash, bank transfer, etc.). For in-store purchases, refunds are typically processed immediately upon return. For online orders, replacements (if chosen) are sent in the next available delivery slot.
