Here you can find the terms and conditions that govern the
use of our services. By using Flycart PK, you agree to these terms. PLEASE READ
THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR
PURCHASES.
1. GENERAL SCOPE
Flycart PK provides a platform facilitating the delivery of
groceries, food, beverages, and other consumer goods (collectively,
"Products"). These terms of service ("Terms") apply to all
users who access or use the Flycart PK mobile application or website
("Services"). Our Services are currently available only in Pakistan.
By using Flycart PK, you automatically accept these Terms.
Flycart PK connects users ("Customers") with local
stores ("Shops") to place and receive grocery orders. Flycart PK does
not directly sell Products but facilitates transactions between Customers and
Shops.
2. REGISTRATION AND ORDERING PROCESS
2.1 Registration
- Users
must be at least 18 years old to register.
- Registration
is free, and users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date
information.
- Users
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
- If
you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify Flycart PK
immediately at support@flycart.com.pk
- By
registering, you consent to receive notifications, service updates, and
promotional offers from Flycart PK.
2.2 Order Placement and Confirmation
- Orders
are placed through the Flycart PK platform and confirmed upon acceptance
by Shops.
- Flycart
PK reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason.
- Users
can schedule deliveries based on available service slots.
2.3 Product Availability and Limitations
- Product
prices and availability may vary based on location.
- Bulk
orders (more than 100 items or 25+ of the same item) may require
additional confirmation.
- Flycart
PK may limit the quantity of certain Products available for delivery.
2.4 Order Amendments and Cancellations
- Orders
cannot be amended once confirmed.
- Cancellations
are only permitted before the order is dispatched for delivery.
2.5 Substitutions and Incomplete Orders
- If
an item is out of stock, Flycart PK may substitute a similar item.
- Users
will be notified of unavailable items and given the option to accept
substitutes.
- If
an item is billed but not delivered, a refund will be issued.
3. DELIVERY
3.1 Delivery Process
- Orders
are delivered to the address specified by the Customer.
- Deliveries
are made by the Shop’s personnel or Flycart PK’s logistics partners.
- Deliveries
are made to the front door of residences or the reception area of business
addresses.
3.2 Delivery Timelines
- Estimated
delivery times range from 60 to 90 minutes, subject to location and
external factors.
- Flycart
PK does not guarantee specific delivery times and is not liable for
delays.
3.3 Delivery Failures
- If
delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, absence of recipient,
or access issues, Flycart PK may cancel the order without compensation.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing
- Prices
are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior
notice.
- Weight-based
items (e.g., fruits, meat) are charged based on the actual delivered
weight.
4.2 Payment Methods
- Available
payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Flycart
PK reserves the right to offer or restrict payment options based on order
requirements.
- Payment
disputes must be reported immediately.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND LIABILITY
5.1 Product Details
- Flycart
PK strives to provide accurate product information but does not guarantee
completeness or correctness.
- Users
should refer to product packaging for the most accurate details.
5.2 Liability Disclaimer
- Flycart
PK is not responsible for any damage, loss, or health issues caused by
purchased Products.
- Shops
are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the
Products they sell.
6. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
For inquiries, complaints, or missing items, contact Flycart
PK Customer Support at support@flycartpk.com immediately upon order
receipt.
7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
- Flycart
PK respects user privacy and collects data only for order processing,
customer service, and marketing purposes.
- By
using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Flycart
PK is not responsible for product defects, service delays, or external
factors affecting order fulfillment.
- Flycart
PK disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from service use.
9. GENERAL TERMS
- These
Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Flycart
PK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior
notice.
- Continued
use of Flycart PK Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
